Deschid acest topic pe care-l voi face mai vizibil (sticky) pentru a se posta diverse evenimente legate de studentii din diaspora.
Avand in vedere ca o parte dintre noi primesc astfel de informatii pe email, in diverse alte limbi decat limba romana, propun sa le postam asa cum le primim, pentru a nu pierde timp cu tradusul.

Global Romanian Students and Young Professionals Society is holding a Conference in Boston in 2009 for Romanian Students and Young Professionals. Below is some info about the conference and the organization.

We would like to inform you about an upcoming conference that will be held in Boston between the 4th and the 6th of December, 2009. The conference is titled “Project Romania 2020: What We Can Do For Romania In The Next Decade”, and will be held by the Global Romanian Students and Young Professionals Society (GRSPSociety) in conjunction with the Harvard Romanian Association and the MIT Romanian Student Association. We encourage you to forward this information to the members of your organization, as well as anyone else who might be interested.

GRSPSociety (www.grspsociety.org ) is an open network of organizations and individuals committed to advancing Romania's development and modernization through civic involvement and professionalism. GRSP has members in 12 countries, and is currently expanding to include more students, young professionals, and relevant groups.

The Boston conference will be our second annual effort to bring together Romanian students and young professionals, especially those studying, working, and living abroad. During our first conference, held in 2008 in Budapest, we officially launched GRSPSociety, in order to meet the need for an international organization for Romanians around the globe. Our second conference in Boston seeks to create a vision of where we would like to see Romania heading in the next decade, and how GRSPSociety and its members can help achieve this vision through specific projects.
