(Summary)
We are seeking a dedicated licensed real estate salespersons for residential
apartment rentals, sales and commercial building sales.



We supply the listings (many of which are in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan
neighborhoods), and also give you the opportunity to find your own clients. Our
firm uses a proprietary database with hundreds of rental and sale exclusives,
as well as outside rental and sale listings from REBNY.com, brokersnyc.com and
olr.com. </span>



You start at a 40% commission and after the first 5 deals jump to 55%
commission split. No experience is necessary, but you must be licensed real
estate salesperson or be ready to become sponsored. We provide ongoing
training.



(Job Description) Obtaining new listings, previewing apartments and buildings,
generally learning and keeping informed on what's happening in the NYC
residential and commercial real estate market. Showing rental, co-op and condo
