<DIV>Salutare,</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
Interviul il am in octombrie.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>Va multumesc</DIV>
<DIV>Astept vesti de la voi !! Orice sfat e binevenit</DIV>

Supporting documents required at the day of interview.
Since the basic criteria for Business visa is to demonstrate that the purpose of the visit is pure business related and has strong ties back in your home country, applicant should be able to convince the consular officer that applicant has some bindings back in his/her home country and that he/she will come back after his visit.
One can provide the following documents, which can be helpful to convince the consular officer that he/she has strong ties to his/her country and is likely to return back.

Interview preparation for Business Visa (B1)

Despite having all the documents and meeting all the criteria people often get the refusal. A lot of it depends on the Interview, whether you successfully get the Visa or not. Here are few tips based on the people's experience and facts.
Now don't get nervous with the word Interview. This is not like a job interview, however this is an important process (for visa seeker) so take it easy with confidence and follow few tips.
The first essential step toward a successful interview is the preparation.
The most important thing that you can carry with you is your self-confidence. Applicants who are well prepared and confident in their responses to the visa officer, are almost always successful in getting a US visa.

What the officer is looking for?
The primary goal for the interview is to verify all information presented in the application and to make sure that the applicant is indeed visiting USA for Business purpose and has a valid case, also applicant has enough ties back inhis/her home country and the person will come back after the visit to USA.
Now this information can be obtained in few ways, documents and interview/questions through which the officer tries to determine the eligibility, for the visa grant.

"What is the purpose of the visit?
For how long would you like to visit?
Could you please show me the invitation letter from US?
For how long have you worked or have run the business?
What is your job profile?
(If you run your own business), how many employees do you have?
Who will take care of the business in your absence?
How much do you earn?
Could you please show me your company profile (if employed) or balance sheets (if own) and tax returns?

More questions related to your specific business in US may follow."
