Just moved to the D.C. metro area. Are there any universities/organizations here in the metro area that offer instruction in the Romanian language during the evening or, alternatively, on weekends? Thus far, I have been unable to find any universities that offer evening courses in Romanian language.

Kind Regards.

Welcome to our forum!
You may try to contact the Romanian Student Association from Washington D.C. They may either give you some info about taking Romanian Language classes in the D.C. area, or maybe there are Romanian students that can teach you Romanian on side. Here’s a link:
http://www.astromdc.org (http://www.astromdc.org/)

You can also contact the Romanian Embassy from Washington D.C. Here’s the website:
http://www.roembus.org (http://www.roembus.org/)

Last, but not least, maybe someone from this forum can help you. You can also practice the Romanian language, here, reading and writing on this forum.
Good luck!

Hi,
Are you still having difficulties finding a Romanian teacher? What exactly would be the schedule and for how long?
